The Purpose
The purpose of Nu Gamma Rho Military Wives Sorority Inc. is to empower and preserve military families. Provide resourceful knowledge to encourage resiliency through personal growth and community connectedness. Assess and address the unique needs present in military culture and champion causes that create opportunities to thrive in this lifestyle. Foster a lifelong sisterhood led by servant leadership and shared experiences. Stand in the family gaps as the village is ready to ensure that each of us and our families are grounded and growing, happy and hopeful.

Mission Statement:
We trust in God, pledge allegiance to our country, and put our families first while embracing the joy of sisterhood. We recognize the importance of mentorship and its impact on empowering spouses of service members and plan to do our very best when given the opportunity. It is our goal to support all service-connected persons to the best of our ability. Within this sisterhood we encourage education and leadership while exercising prudence and temperance, always maintaining integrity and moral uprightness. Community service and charity are our lifestyles, as personal growth and lifelong learning are always the objective. We do all these things in love to empower, educate, and support others. We are women much like our spouses, dedicating our lives to service.

Nu Gamma Rho Military Sorority Inc. is dedicated to supporting active duty service members, veterans, and their families, as well as the community at large. We offer various services ranging from donating back-to-school supplies, personal hygiene toiletries, food, scholarships, and humanitarian aid when funds permit. Join us in our efforts to give back and make a difference in the lives of those who ensure our freedom.

At Nu Gamma Rho Military Sorority Inc., we are honored to have the opportunity to serve those who have served our country. We accept all service-connected individuals, active-duty, veterans, and Gold Star spouses from all branches of the military. We believe that every member of our military community deserves to be a part of our organization, regardless of race, religion, gender preference, sexual orientation, or age. We are committed to serving our members, and to providing a supportive and inclusive community for all.
We currently have chapters in North Carolina, Arkansas, and Texas.
Nu is expanding one state at a time!
